Kristine is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and studied in the U.S. in the 1990s, where she received a Master of Business Administration degree. She has worked in the top five international accounting firms in the United States for many years in auditing public companies, overseas financing, IPO, M&A, etc.
Kristine has lived and worked in America for over 20 years and has extensive professional and management experience in M&A, overseas wealth planning, and assisted reproductive medicine.
Robert brings over 20 years of executive management experience to the company, having worked for both public and private companies as CFO and Managing Partner. As a CPA with a Masters’ Degree in Business, he has been responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. His career spans varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy, as well as overseeing multiple capital raises and several mergers and acquisitions. Robert specializes in strategic policy and business development as well as new market expansion.
Randa is a seasoned operating executive with demonstrated success establishing efficient operation system and professional service standards. She brings 16 years of operation and management experiences in building and implementing models that lead to operational efficiency and revenue growth to AmCan.
She is playing an integral role in the company’s qualified employee development and information system construction.
Mr. Lee brings 30 years of valuable experience in market strategy, and investment in mergers and acquisitions to the AmCan Group.
As a senior vice president of the company, Mr. Lee led the development and growth of the immigration, land, and real estate businesses. He has also held senior leadership positions in multiple areas as well as roles in consumer health engagement, analytics, technology, and national accounts.
